1. Marine Safety Disclaimer

Not for navigation: CastWindow is an advisory fishing intelligence utility, not an aid to marine navigation. Do not rely on CastWindow contours, depths, hazard layers, or weather predictions for vessel safety or navigation. Always consult official NOAA navigational charts, USCG notices to mariners, and official National Weather Service marine warnings.

2. Account & Identity

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CastWindow accounts are individual and personal to the registered user.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

CastWindow Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription processed via RevenueCat and Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your CastWindow Account page. When canceled, your Pro entitlement remains active until the end of your paid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, or redistribute CastWindow bathymetry mosaics, habitat evidence layers, or canonical scoring algorithms without explicit written permission.
